Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel any paid plan (Pro or Fleet) at any time from your customer portal or by emailing billing@buddy.aiskillhub.info. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on your first payment for any paid plan. Email billing@buddy.aiskillhub.info from your account address within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via Razorpay or Stripe, depending on how you paid. Bank processing times may add a few days.
Free tier
The free generator involves no payment and therefore no refund.
